From Sauvignon Blanc grapes comes the Saxum Alto Adige DOC wine, a clean and aromatic label with the Pfitscher signature. The result of a process aimed at achieving high quality levels, it is produced in the Montagna (BZ) area. Saxum wine reveals nuances of flavour capable of delighting the palate in the company of asparagus and fish recipes.
