Red violet colour, with purple hues. On the nose the wine leaves subtle aromas of ripe fruits (blackcurrants, raspberries). On the palate it is fresh, structured and very fruity.Works well on its own but perfect with spicy dishes, Thai food, smoked and cured meat or barbecues.Fermentation takes place in steel tanks where temperatures go up to 28 -29º and quick devatting, once the colour extraction (tanins and anthocyanins) is at the optimun level. 25% of the wine is aged for 12 months in 4 year old American oak casks.
