Stavros Manolesakis with his father George started creating their own vineyards in 1989. The Greek varieties Malagousia, Assyrtiko, Moschomavro, Limnio and Agiorgitiko come into the picture to accompany conventional varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. These specific grape varieties give wines with a deep purple colour, clean & complex bouquet, velvety smooth taste and balanced acidity.
