A fleeting hailstorm can wreak havoc in a vineyard, just as the absence of clouds will assist frost in cold climes and lead to drought in summer. The organic farming seems to capture more texture and this is a deliciously limpid, zesty Sauv replete with classic Marlborough aromatics and pink grapefruit notes on the palate.
