Vini Tonon is located in Vittorio Veneto, an attractive town situated at the northern tip of Prosecco D.O.C.G. The winery was established in 1936 by Pietro Tonon and still follows his important mantra: constant research, great attention to the vineyards, vintage selection and careful processing to take wine to the tasting. Technological advancements whilst still respecting the tradition of Italian wine making and Pietro Tonon's teachings, is propelling Tonon to the forefront of wine making.

Light gentle sparkle, pale straw yellow in colour. Fruity, slightly aromatic with aromas of honey, flowers and apples.

Delicious with canapes and delicate fish, or even on its own to celebrate.

The must is immediately separated from the skins to enhance freshness and fragrance. The prise de mousse takes place at low temperature in pressure tanks.
