The Red Rock Terrace Vineyard consists of seven acres of iron-rich, red soil hence the name Red Rock Terrace. The Cabernet Sauvignon Red Rock Terrace reveals intense, ripe, impressive notes of red fruit such as cherry and blueberry. The dark ruby red Rock Terrace is a full-bodied wine that is more muscular than the Gravelly Meadow. The wine is amazingly powerful and pure with multiple layers and an abundance of velvety tannins. It is a wine that needs to mature further in the bottle (except if you are a tannin lover) and we think that the wine will release its wealth of flavors and fragrances from 2017/2018 and is certainly a wine that will remain beautiful until 2050 .
