Barthelemy La Cuvee is made from a selection of the best vineyards and vinified without the addition of sulfur, with a long aging in barrels. In the nose beautiful aromas of plums, cassis, cedar, spices, pepper, roasted almonds and chocolate. In the mouth we have an incredibly complex length, and especially an impressive balance despite the heat of the wine year.

The wine has had 24 upbringing in oak barrels (deliberately not new oak because the grape must predominate) and comes from a vineyard on a lime / rocky plateau and is grown without fertilizer, herbicides or insecticides, harvest is done manually. The fermentation is long and vinified without the addition of sulfur.

The wines are matured in oak barrels for 24 months, with our technical interventions optimized with reference to the lunar calendar and with no added sulphur dioxide or other chemical products. They are then bottled without filtration.
