Albert Jané started this small family business a few years ago in the DO Montsant, the area that surrounds the DO Priorat. The grapes are grown organically and all the work in the vineyard and also the picking is manual. He works with French oak barrels with a very light toasting. The grape must continue to predominate.

Acústic is both the name of the bodega and the entry wine of this domain. This name was chosen because Albert wants to be one with the region, the soil and nature, and wants to reflect its authenticity in his wines. Viticulture and vinification takes place in the purest form; people work here according to the biodynamic winemaking techniques without going overboard.
