Beautiful Barolo from the house Tenuta Cucco. The grapes are stripped of their stalks and placed in small barrels at a temperature of 12 ° C and then soaked for 3 days. The grapes are then completely fermented at 18 to 26 ° C. Then the wine is put in oak wine barrels for 24 months. Afterwards 12 months of bottle aging before it can be sold. The wine has an intense odor, the floral scent of roses is combined with suggestions of mint and thyme. Ruby red, with age this color becomes more orange. Fruity aromas of cherries and red currants blend with the aroma to the taste, followed by an aroma of mushrooms. Pure and intense taste for every wine enjoyer. Firm, beautiful tannins, wild cherries, thyme and a phenomenal finish.
The storage potential of these Barolos is great and in terms of price / quality this is a topper and also from the great Barolo year 2017
