The Predicador Blanco is a blend of 50% Viura, 30% Garnacha Blanca and 20% Malvasia partially raised on new and existing oak. It has a light bouquet of freshly squeezed grapefruit, white peach and a hint of almond, then a hint of chalk fabric. The taste is very well balanced with fresh acids with a tight mineral finish. This is a beautiful Rioja but also great to leave for a few years.
