This very pleasant, velvety red wine is made from 100% Frappato grapes, a rare and exclusive grape variety grown on only a few hectares, which is best shown in the red sands of Vittoria, not far from the sea. The grape produces aromatic red wines such as these with roses and violets on the nose and an elegant smoky touch. The wine has a beautiful ruby red color with purple reflections and in the mouth a true explosion of red fruit and a hint of balsamic vinegar.

The wine is great to drink on its own, but can also be widely used with meals. It tastes delicious with pasta dishes, but also, for example, a cheeseburger or an onion soup. Also delicious with fresh, soft cheeses.

The grapes were harvested at the end of September and then pressed very gently and gently with a mandrel (vertical pressing). Afterwards they lay on the skin for 7 days, followed by fermentation and maturation in stainless steel barrels until bottling.
