In honor of the 40th anniversary and the release of the latest version, Coppola Wineries presents Apocalypse Now Final Cut. This wine has distinctive aromas reminiscent of raspberry jam, baked blueberries and smoky spice notes of cloves, tobacco and forest soils. The luscious full flavor is juicy. In the taste you recognize flavors of cherries, berries and cocoa, after which you taste a hint of caramel and toasted wood in the long finish. This wine has an excellent structure, some tannins and can age for several years.

In addition to the content, the appearance is also great. Only available for a limited time and is a one-time edition. To further celebrate the anniversary, this bottle has a smart label on the back. When you scan it on your smartphone, you'll see rare and exclusive "behind the scenes footage" of Apocalypse Now Experience the stories behind Apocalypse Now as only Francis can tell them and enjoy a nice glass of wine.

Francis Ford Coppola actually knows three families of wines. Each with its own characteristics. The Diamond collection are in fact the entry wines and are among the most popular wines of Coppola. The Directors Cut series is Coppola's top series. The most beautiful fruit has a long education and a relatively limited supply and from relatively small areas. The Director series is the middle segment and for us personally one of the most beautiful series. As with the Directors Cut, the wines come from Sonoma, but the Director series came about when the winemaker set out to create a range of wines to reflect his own artistic interpretation of the Sonoma County appellation. In De Director's wines, the fruit comes from several Sonoma County vineyards, each with its own climate and terroir. The Directors series wines are characterized by lush, ripe fruit, a light silky texture and soft, supple tannins. Coppola's Director's wines showcase Sonoma County's unique character and style.
