The Vina Pedrosa Reserva is a blend of 90% Tinta Fino and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon from around 40 to 45 year old vines. The wine is aged for 24 months in oak barrels (French and American). The nose is reserved at first, but unfolds nicely to reveal dark raspberry, dark chocolate, fresh tobacco and blackcurrant. The taste is medium-bodied with a nice freshness (vibrant red cherries and fresh strawberry, orange and apricot). The finish is very good with fresh acidity and a long finish. 93/100 Parker

All the vineyards are organically farmed without the use of any systematic pesticides. In the vineyard, production control is used, ie there is strict supervision that the production per vine is limited. Only low returns ensure sufficient quality.
