The Salice Salentino Riserva doc 'Puteus' is a delicious red quality wine made by winery Mocavero. The winery is located in the Italian region of Apulia (Puglia).

One of the first projects of the brothers Francesco and Marco Mocavero when they took over the company in 1987 was to produce a red wine of exceptional class. To make this wine, they wanted to create a prestige cuvée from the best grapes they had available from the DOC Salice Salentino. The result came in 1989.
