This fruity blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Tempranillo is made with grapes harvested from the vineyards in Spain in La Mancha from the famous winery Felix Colis. These have invested a lot of money and energy in recent years to find a method to remove the alcohol in a non-aggressive way but to retain the rest of the wine. With Viña Albali line (a Sauvignon Blanc and a Cabernet / Tempranillo) one uses an innovative technology that very carefully removes almost all alcohol, without affecting the natural aromas, resulting in an almost completely non-alcoholic wine (only 0.5% alcohol) ) with all the taste of wine, but not alcohol. The alcohol wine with less than 0.5% alcohol has a high quality without losing the expressive, fresh and intense aromas.
In the glass, the Viña Albali Cabernet Tempranillo Low Alcohol has a nice fresh cherry color with violet hint at the edge.
