Produce the best the country can give you, with great affection and dedication. This is the motto of Domaine Léoube - one of the most beautiful protected vineyards in Europe and home to Château Léoube. The Léoube estate was bought in 1997 by the Bamfort family, who still own it to this day. Seduced by this castle in Provence, the history and beauty of Léoube, they wanted to make characterful wines that are true to their region and at the same time respect nature
The winery of Château Léoube is famous Romain Ott and we work from the vision to produce the best of what the country offers us with great affection and passion.
The Love by Léoube rose comes from the Côtes de Provence appellation - without a doubt the most beautiful area for the high end Rose's. The wine is organically produced and certified, so we work without poison, fertilizers & pesticides. It is a blend of the Grenache & Cinsault grapes. The organically grown grapes are hand-picked and destemmed and pressed very lightly but also very slowly. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in a thermoregulating stainless steel tank at a very low temperature and the wine is given all the time to age and to absorb all the flavors of the grapes
In the Love by Léoube you can taste all the love that winemaker Romain Ott has for Provence rosé, designed in the purest Léoube style. An elegant and fruity organic rosé wine, which is the signature of the unique Léoube concept. Love by Léoube is a typical dry Provence rosé wine. The wine is nice and dry with a beautiful light pink color. In the nose we smell attractive hints of fresh red fruit such as red currant, strawberry and also some white peach. On the palate it has a delicious somewhat mineral dryness with fresh fruit again. The Love by Léoube is very refreshing to drink as an aperitif or with Mediterranean dishes.
