The Alvarinho "Granit" is a beautiful Portuguese dry top wine. It is an Alvarinho wine that comes from a specific selected vineyard located at an altitude of 150+ meters on a terroir of granite origin, in which the minerality is very determining and this also explains the name of the wine. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This Alvarinho clearly distinguishes itself mainly because of the higher vineyards, the higher temperature of the fermentation and the longer contact with the lees. The wine is very elegant with clear mineral aromas with a dry and persistent taste. The purity of fruit is very special. The wine is still youthful but is certainly already drunk but can also stay in the cellar until 2028+. Great price / quality ratio and no 'average'
