The Red Fire BBQ is made from 100% Old Vine Zinfandel (Primitivo) and comes from the southern Italian region of Puglia. The wine region of Puglia is located in the heel of the boot against the Adriatic Sea. This is about 80 km from the coast of Albania. The capital of Puglia is Bari. Besides the production of wine, Puglia is known as one of the main producers of olives. In terms of grape variety, both the Negroamaro and the Primitivo (Zinfandel) are the most widely planted.

This fantastic, full bodied, Red Fire BBQ wine has beautiful fruity aromas and flavors of ripe cherries and red and black fruit. The light spiciness of this Red Fire matches extremely well with the smokiness of grilled meat and spicy barbecue specialties. This Old Vine Zinfandel is made from indigenous grapes from the vineyards in Puglia, famous for its sunshine, farmlands and Mediterranean coastline.
