Chile is one of the most innovative wine-growing countries in the world with even temperate and cool microclimates and wines that are made on 'terroir'. The wines are grafted onto the vineyards and their substrate, which is reflected in the taste. Espiritu de Chile is unique in the aromas and flavors of its wines and does not possess exaggerated fruit characters. The wines are pure, pure and possess beautiful minerals. Espiritu produces wines that are sustainably made; there is a lot of attention for nature and little or no use is made of pesticides and fertilizers.

Bordering the south of the Rapel Valley, the Curicó area in Chile is characterized by a Mediterranean climate and soil rich in loam and clay. In the Curicó Valley, temperatures drop significantly at night, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and maintain their acidity. This results in particularly fresh and fruit-driven wines.

The Chronos Rosé is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are harvested by hand at two different times to preserve freshness and fruity character. The Cabernet Sauvignon fermented at a low temperature of around 13 degrees in stainless steel tanks with a peel soak, resulting in this deep pink color. This rose is wonderfully fresh with a bright pink color. In the nose mainly aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry. Fresh and fruity with a fresh aftertaste. Deliciously drinkable, no alcohol bomb, nice and fruity and dry and is a glass that never gets bored.
