Il Palagio is a wine estate located near the medieval town of Figline Valdarno known as the 'Farm of Florence'. They owe this nickname to the abundance of maize that used to be there. The white Message in a Bottle is a delicious and special white Tuscan wine from the vineyards of Sting. The wine consists mainly of Vermentino with a little Sauvignon & Trebbiano and is mainly aged in steel tanks kept at a temperature of 10-13 degrees. A small part of the wine has been allowed to mature in large oak barrels, which adds an extra elegance. The Message in a Bottle Blanco is a delicate wine with notes of citrus, pineapple and bananas; you could even call it a tropical wine. A fresh and pleasant taste with a long aftertaste. Great to enjoy with good friends, nice conversations and when you're in love!
