The NV La Bota de Manzanilla Pasada 83 Bota NO has never been bottled until Equipo Navazos selected it in 2008 for the 10th release of 'La Bota de ...', followed two years later with number 20 'Bota Punta.' Subsequently there have been a few very limited releases, until La Bota de Manzanilla Pasada 80 'Bota Punta' was launched in December 2017, and then in May 2018 this La Bota de Manzanilla Pasada 83 'Bota NO', again from a single barrel with its very own character, number 11 of a solera of 15. This is a very special wine that shows a special complexity because of an amazing balance of finesse and chalky minerality, and nuances of roasted dry fruit due to the start of the process of amontillamiento . Of course, this Manzanilla Pasada has the characteristic ebb-typical iodine, salt and seaweed, but all even more complex, refined and fresher. This is the most special and scarce of all Manzanillas Pasadas from Navazos Truly world class. The taste is super expressive and explosive, sharp and nuanced, with very pure and long-lasting flavors. Really impressive.
