This Sherry is one of the most famous among the sherries of the top house Equipo Navazos. Made from the Palomino grape, this is almost impossible to place. It is fresher and more concentrated despite the fact that wine has been in its barrel for around 20 years. The taste and smell of the La Bota del Amontillado Nº 93 is very complex, earthy and spicy with a strong alcohol content. The 93 is the next release after the no. 71 and has been under the flor for 7 years and around 5000 bottles have been made. We taste and smell caramel, hazelnut and a touch of honey, spices. The taste is very balanced and lively. The sherry has a perfect oxidative element with a fine nutty aftertaste. Simply beautiful and perhaps the almost ideal companion at hors d'oevres.
