This Sherry is the most famous among the sherries of the top house Equipo Navazos. At the end of 2015, around 2000 0.5 liter bottles were bottled. Made from the Palomino grape, this is almost impossible to place. It is fresher and more controversial despite the fact that wine has been in its barrel for around 20 years. The taste and smell of the La Bota del Amontillado Nº 61 is very complex, earthy and spicy with a strong alcohol content of 18.5%. We taste and smell caramel, hazelnut and a hint of honey, spices. The taste is very balanced and lively. The sherry has a perfect oxidative element with a fine nutty aftertaste. Simply beautiful and perhaps the almost ideal companion to hors d'oevres.
