A lovely, easy-drinking red wine with a nose of blueberry aromas.
Oak ageing has given it a soft, velvety texture underlaid by spices, as well as a rustic warmth.
Grown in Molise, Central Italy - of which only 2% is graded as DOC - grapes are subject to excellent exposure, calcaerous soils and a maritime climate. Vines are 15 to 25 years old.
