A slightly cloudy appearance thanks to the 'lees' which remain in the bottle. The Soligo Frizzante 'Sur lie' has fine and persistent bubbles. On the palate it's dry, fruity and well-balanced. Give the lees a slight stir and the wine obtains a buttery, spicy note too!
