This wine is made from our best grapes, bottles as an un-oaked young vintage, with each bottle carrying the characteristics and aroma of a single variety wine.
Tasting notes: A medium bodied wine with an elegant violet colour. It releases lovely strawberry, raspberry, and intriguing black currant aromas with a delicate spiciness on the palate. It is well structured and balanced with a fruity finish and rich depth.
Food pairing: Ideally serve at 15°C along with pasta and tomato based sauces as well as red meat dishes, especially lamb.
