Only 12-000 bottles released from a 2007 distillation and aged in first fill Ex-Bourbon casks and bottled at natural cask strength of 54.2% ABV

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Apple bon bons- orange fondant- creamy curd like oak- white grapefruit- white chocolate cookie dough- cream soda pop- some zesty lime and vanilla pod/custard notes.

Palate: Peppery white chocolate- lime curd- creamy soda pop- candyshop pick and mix- champagne truffles- custard powder- fresh cereal and some green fruit- angelica and stock syrup spices.

Finish: Chocolate limes- pear drops- herbal and peppery notes linger- green apples in icing sugar- love hearts and vanilla sherbet dip- drying oak.
