At Red Cask- every cask is hand selected by an experienced tasting panel and bottled at cask strength- without chill filtration- to give you a pure Whisky experience from a bygone era.

Nose: Hints of leather- caramel- stewed plums and Christmas pudding.

Palate: Light oak- sharp bursts of plums- cherries- slight sweet coffee and some chocolate.

Finish: Long lasting smooth warm feeling- still some sweet coffee and chocolate lingering.
