A truly fascinating spirit- Dr. Squid Gin is handcrafted in Cornwall and made with real squid ink. The neat spirit itself pours out black- and when mixed with tonic turns a vivid shade of pink.

Squid Ink is such a powerful ingredient that only a minimal amount is needed- both for the distilling and colour for infusion of the gin. Vanilla was added to the base of the recipe to give a well rounded mouth-feel and sweetness- coupled with sea buckthorn for a tart- fresh fruit finish.

This unique gin is presented in a beautifully engraved copper flask- depicting the scenery- wildlife- folklore and history that surrounds the distillery.
