Aged for 8 years in 53 charred American new oak barrels- this Bourbon is distilled from a mash bill comprising 80% corn- 10% rye and 10% barley. The new make spirit is filtered through sugar maple charcoal prior to entering barrels for aging- this helps to mellow and smooth the Whiskey- resulting in a rich- creamy smooth taste.

Nose: Orange curd and buttery oak- with notes of sweet popcorn and caramel.

Palate: Vanilla fudge- milk chocolate and toasty oak- with cinnamon and a crack of black pepper.

Finish: Orange chocolate lingers on a creamy finish.
