The fourth incarnation of Diageo's Port Ellen Special Releases. This time we have a 25 Year Old bottling- which- thanks to the use of refill casks- created a signature style that marries delicate fruitiness with classic maritime notes- as such Port Ellen whiskies develop very well over time- as this expression demonstrates.

The smallest release out of the first 4 releases with only 5100 bottles originally available. This is bold- powerful and peaty with notes of pepper- spices and nuts. This is one of the most difficult bottles to find in the Port Ellen annual release series so get this one while it's still available!
