Batch 2 is a three year old Single Malt that has had its full maturation in recoopered American oak ex-Bourbon hogshead- and comes across as lightly peated.

Expect aromas of charred lemons- peated malt- fresh grain and dried husk. Baked apple- green leaves- fruity toffee and peppery touches. Light and clean on the palate; sweet muesli and pineapple cubes- charred wood smoke- and vanilla. Hint of grapefruit.
