Auténtico Alacrán ("authentic scorpion") was founded in 2010 and is based in
Mexico City. The Blanco Tequila is made from 100% weber blue agave, mature from
7 to 10 years. The agaves are expertly selected and cleaned by hands. The the
juice is naturally fermented with wild yeast the the tequila is double-distilled
in stills columns. The colour of the tequila is bright and shiny, with silver
hues. The nose is herbal and flowery, with aromas of fresh agave, fresh fruit
and few caramel hints. The mouth is sweet with a fresh mint finish.
