Within the house of Albert Bichot, Domaine Long-Depaquit is well known for its
careful selection of Chablis styles and we have chosen our favourites of the
vintage.
A 4.3ha vineyard on the village’s south west border, with clay-limestone atop
the famous Kimmeridgian clay. Broad and intense on the nose, with succulent core
of citrus and green apples with apple skin and stem ginger. Quite rich and showy
for Chablis and rather attractive for it. Tom, Wine Guru
