Not all gins that call themselves a 'London Dry' are actually made in London. In fact, the term 'London Dry' is a style of gin that means that no flavours or colours were added after it was distilled. So, more of a classic, traditional gin.

We're one of the few distilleries actually based in the heart of London that truly makes a proper London Dry Gin.

Local London apples & botanicals

We make our London Dry Gin using as many ingredients grown and sourced within the M25.

This includes locally-grown apples which we often source from local community garden groups and from within Kennington Park, South London.

We also use linden blossom (found all over London!) and rose.
