A delicious bend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Ortega. Following good summer ripening the Chardonnay was barrel fermented in French oak adding a delicate hint of vanilla to this light medium bodied dry wine. There are aromas of zesty lime, white grapefruit as well as tropical fruits on the palette and a clean fresh finish
