The grapes are sourced from low-yielding vineyards in the Coastal Region creating an elegant and crisp with fresh strawberries and cream on the nose and a well-balanced finish.
Early morning harvest to allow for the grapes to retain fruitiness. This is followed by a short period of skin contact before inoculation under controlled, cooler conditions.
