The Ginger jumps right in the deep end of the skin contact scale with 2 weeks on skins lending to some big flavours of Honey, Butterscotch, Orange Peel & Clove.
Distinctly herbaceous due to slow fermentation in underground limestone caves. The wine is allowed serious time to take shape in the cellar. This, in turn, lets the wine develop serious character.
If you are up for trying something exciting then this is the drink for you. Serving temperature: 10°C (Stick it in the fridge for an hour)
