This is a cloudy, aromatic white blend from Austrian Matthias Warnung. Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered, and minimal sulphur addition. It's fresh, but grounded by some of the grapes spending two weeks on skins. Fresh, fruity, with high acidity and a pleasant salty after taste
