Giffard offers more than 130 years of know-how in producing liqueurs and sirops. Using only fresh fruits and plants from the Loire Valley region in France, Giffard began in 1885 when Emile Giffard, a pharmacist, invented Menthe Pastille. Their philosophy of offering the best, preferring natural taste and respecting nature in the production process, is ensured by family management spanning four generations. The production process is controlled within the company, mixing traditional methods (slow fruit and plant macerations) with the latest techniques, the aim being to give every liqueur the pure taste of the fruit.
Liqueur made from peppermint essential oils. On the nose, great aromatic power with typical aromas of peppermint. Intense aromas at first and a long finish in mouth. The flavor of peppermint invades the palate, leaving a soft freshness feeling.
