La Hechicera, Spanish for the Enchantress, captures the natural beauty and mystique of Colombia with a blend of 12 - 21 year old, unpolished Rum. La Hechicera is a result of a labour intensive process resulting in a rum with a deep woodiness with characterful notes of things Colombian. A heady scent of toffee and orange peel on the nose followed by a bold burst of flavour on the palate with distinctive notes of tobacco and roasted coffee. Its ending crisp and smooth.
