Wolfburn Aurora Single Malt has been produced from spirit matured in a
combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. With long fermentation and
slow, gentle distillation, Wolfburn have managed to make Aurora exceptionally
flavoursome, smooth and perfectly balanced.
TASTING NOTES
* Nose: Sherry sweetness is followed by aromas of freshly cut grass and autumn
fruits, with just a hint of coffee and dark chocolate.
* Taste: Floral tones come to the fore, with overtones of spice and vanilla.
* Finish: Fruity sweetness coats the palate, with fruit and nut flavours
leading to a warm, soft finish.
