About The Vineyard
The Doglio vineyard, where the vines are grown, is located in the heart of Italy in the region of Umbria. The ancient viticulture tradition here traces back to the Etruscans who began growing grapes 3,000 years ago. Sitting atop a steep hillside nearly 2,000 ft above sea level, the vineyard benefits from cool air and excellent sun exposure due to its high elevation and northwest position. Each wine is paired with a beautiful classic car belonging to vineyard owner Mr Peter Mullin making this brand truly unique.

To produce the highest-quality wines that are not only delicious but respectful of the earth, Mr. Mullin has cultivated a growing philosophy that is rooted in sustainability. The grapes are fertilized with manure and field bean for a well-balanced nitrogen contribution and rich composition.

Keeping with his conscious growing philosophy, Mr. Mullin utilizes an aquaponics system to grow produce at his private residence in Big Sur, California. The ancient farming method combines conventional aquaculture with hydroponics in a completely symbiotic environment, where no chemicals are present. Once harvested, the produce is then enjoyed by local businesses.
