If you must know it’s made from Verdelho (35%), Roussanne, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc. Some whole bunch fermentation in concrete eggs and amphora, which is new to Pieter, give it a touch of extra texture. Lots of fruit sweetness and ripeness, seemingly a little more traditional, but has that slightly wild element to it that defines BLANKbottle.
