Classic Meursault rich, fruity and toasty oak on the nose. On the palate think butter, rich fruit flavours and buttered toast. The wine has exceptional length and can be cellared for up to 10 years.
Grapes are pressed by pneumatic press and the must is left to settle for 24-48 hours before racking. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in barrel. Matured for 10 months in oak, 20% of which is new oak before bottling.
