San Gabriel is a wonderfully crisp and elegant Blanc de Blancs produced from 100% Chardonnay grown in Dorset. The wines from English Oak vineyard are remarkably expressive of the terroir and showcase their identity as English Sparkling Wine, rather than an attempt at a Champagne imitation.

The palate offers a harmony of citrus fruits, sherbert and a toasty biscuit character which is iconic amongst all great Blanc de Blancs. Their efforts haven't gone unnoticed either with San Gabriel, of which only 1000 bottles are produced, being awarded a Silver Medal in the Decanter World Wine Awards.
