La Bota de Palo Cortado 92 Pata de Gallina is a selection made eight years ago among the finest casks of oxidative wine owned by Almacenista Juan García Jarana. Two previous releases have been made, La Bota de Palo Cortado 34 Pata de Gallina, bottled in 2012, and La Bota de Palo Cortado 72 Pata de Gallina, bottled in 2017. This is therefore the third saca or withdrawal from a small solera (locally known as altarillo, for little altar) for Equipo Navazos.

A powerful if extremely elegant Palo Cortado, sourced from oxidative wines aged for an average of 30 years. Remarkable finesse and expressiveness, with very complex nose of amontillado and oloroso, plus citrus notes of orange peel.
