Another absolute banger from Haut Espoir. Produced from 100% Estate grown fruit from the now legendary 2015 vintage. Dark cherry and sweet plum notes on the nose follow through to the palate. Layered fruit and oak with soft velvety tannins finished off with an elegant, yet rich texture.

Post fermentation maceration was done for 1 month, before pressing and transferring to 500L French oak barrels for maturation. Maturation lasted for 36 months before bottling.
