This fruit driven Rosé NV,  is a blend of 52% Pinot noir and 48% Pinot meunier. Partially barrel fermented and then aged for 30 months on lees in the bottle, produces a wine with layers of complexity behind a nose of stewed strawberry and butter pastry.

The palate is light and refreshing with flavours of cranberry and strawberry, reminiscent of those found in a summer fruit pudding.
