FYM (fox.yankee.mike) is a whirlwind of wonder and the ultimate treat for fans of their medal magnet Mercator Chardonnay. Made in tiny amounts of just 1200 bottles per vintage and only produced in exceptional years we’re delighted to be introducing the 2015 vintage to our selection, even more so on the back of it being awarded a Silver Medal and this year’s Decanter World Wine Awards.

The wine is barrel fermented in French Oak, 50% of which is new, for 11 months before bottling and then receives further ageing in bottle before being released. The palate is rich and viscous with notes of butterscotch, marmalade and marzipan which crescendo into a nutty finish of almonds and toasted walnuts.
